bajrang Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 meh, it not even a contest in one day with Pakistan anymore, and poms are walking rating points to have in the subcontinent. number one in ODI ranking here we come.
Needforspeed Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 They will serve as warmup matches for us before the ODI matches against England :--D Most likely to tire our a bunch of already tired players. Non stop Schedule from July 21..Sri Lanka tour, NZ coming to India, T20 WC, CLT20, England Tour,....This Paki tour..., Australian Team touring India, IPL 2013...Non-Stop.

carnish Posted July 16, 2012 Posted July 16, 2012 EXCITING.. Love to see more matches .. The English Schedule was pathetic .. Nearly 20 days gap between tests and ODIs .. Only Pommies should have such schedules.. ruining our home schedules.. english *****es .. Good that BCCI arranged some games during that period.

Yup, our schedule is very hectic in coming months. Hope players are rotated in order to avoid burn out and injuries.

Arey Bhai .. we know its non-stop but BCCI did give the players a 2-month break .. didn't it?? Plus see the schedules .. there are fair gaps between each series .. SL tour ends on 7th August and NZ series at home starts 16 days later on 23rd Aug. Plus look at the schedule of the SL series .. each ODIs kinda have 4 days gap in between them .. Thats a lot better than what we had previously. How much more rest do International Players need??

This is the only break the Indian team would have got after 5 months of non-stop cricket and before another 5 months of non-stop cricket inlcluding IPL 2013. Would have given some time for players to recover for minor niggles and injuries.

Carbon dioxide emission will increase tenfold in pakistan if that happened.

Not gonna happen.
