If u hold the other wrestler's leg... in a lock.. u get one point... if u hold his waist and put him flat on the ground u get a point... if u hold him on the ground and rotate him... u get a point everytime u rotate... its just a layman explanation... am no expert

also if u hold the opponent and push him out of the ring u get a point.... dont laugh after my explanation also after a round ends in 0-0, the wrestler who picks a red ball (out of a bag) gets 1 points and wins the round
