Would you support terminating it? I would get the recommendation of my Doctor and my spritual advisor on these issues and do not want law makers to make that decision for me a la Terry Shavio.

All the RNC needs is to have candidates that don't do nothing but talk about the economy and they would win back the senate easily but apparently that's too hard for them. Bunch of morons.

In cases such as Terry Schiavo (and the hypothetical infant), judicial orders may be requested after due consideration by courts Your approach is the opposite; anyone should have the choice to terminate any dependent whom they consider a burden. That's a dangerous road to take.

If one understands that life begins at conception (http://www.princeton.edu/~prolife/articles/embryoquotes2.html) then you extend that to a fetus, too. 1. More people will be covered under obamacare. Easier for poor families to have insurance cover. 2. My personal opinion is that families of people who are brain dead and in prolonged coma with almost no chance of recovering should have a choice. Its one thing to declare that I want all to live and life starts as soon as one cums but the reality is that people need money, emotions & time to support children. A mother with 2 kids cant afford to have 3 rd child who will need full time supervision, even if we ignore monetary demands on her but still she will need to take care of other 2 kids . Oh btw if she works for a church then even her contraception shouldnt be paid for, right ? BTW a child is not a person even as per the law (yes the same law that states marriage is between man and woman ) till its in the womb (source law & order :--D )

I think it is extremely irresponsible to get pregnant or to get some one pregnant when they don't want a child.Unless you are an irresponsible child who doesn't know better...there is no excuse to get pregnant or get someone pregnant. But the final choice has to be the mother's.It is the mother's body that is making the baby...she should have the right to decide.Taking the choice away from the mother is sexist because there is no compulsion on the male parent to have the child. The father does not in such cases have any physical or emotional baggage to deal with.Why should only one person have to bear with the consequences? Abortions beyond a certain period of pregnancy in any case are banned at most places. Rape or medical cases are different altogether.Anyone who says that the woman should have a child of rape or have a child even if it endangers her life or physical state are not pro choice...they are biased hypocrites who care about one life over the other...and as usual it is very conveniently the womans life that is of less value.

In all seriousness what he meant was "Forcable Rape" as opposed to statutary rape and date rape. Repubs have been trying to draw the distinction between this for a long time. Anyway they will pass an ammendment during their convention that they are again all form of abortion including rape and incest.
