A random thought. Which country would have the best composition? You would obviously need your fair share of bowlers who chanced a century once upon a time. Or some bowling all-rounders. In the former department, India has recently been blessed with Kumble Harbhajan Singh Sir Aggy Irfan Pathan R Ashwin Can good teams be put together?

I kind of thought it could be a thread to see which country could have the most balanced and competitive overall XI of those with Test centuries. i.e. you can havewhatever combination of XI you like, as long as they all scored a Test hundred. Then see which is the best one Sehwag Gavaskar Dravid Tendulkar Laxman Kapil Dev Dhoni Kumble Harbhajan Pathan Agarkar to give an example It would be cool to see the freakish examples e.g. Gillespie pawning Bangladesh

Aussies could field Lindwall,Benaud,Davidson and Gillespie...v good attack that, Benaud was good enough a bat to be considered an bowling allrounder really

Damn....you said Test centurions...if it was random lower order centurions across all formats' date='might have added Chetan Sharma[/quote'] yeah.. that was a frekish century. Inthose times only very few players would have ODI centuries and this guy produced a century out of nowhere. I don't think other than that century if he even had a 50 in international cricket.

I remember Cheeka was the capt. and I vaguely remember most people were impressed with him for his innovative strategy of promoting a pinch hitter....It was an attacking inningsby the standards of those times too
