Voted for Obama and every democrat in the ballot. Hopefully many of my fellow citizens made be same, right, choice. I was about to write in 'Sonia Gandhi' for those positions where only a republican was standing...he he...but reconsidered and wrote in 'n/a' as that would be disrespectful.
You voted for the Kenyan Socialist :orderorder::orderorder::orderorder:

^ agree. Polls are like global warming predictions. Lot of assumptions and formulas go in to come up with a final number; if there is a slight change in the parameters or the formula, the result would be very different.

Not a single bipartisan poll has placed Romney above 270 till now, yet the media is hyping it up as a close race. Sure its dead close in terms of popular vote, but as far as electoral votes go, the week after the first debate was the closest Romney came to winning. After Obama woke up in the second debate the story has been the same as it was approaching the first debate.

On the contrary' date=' I have a feeling that he might end up losing Virginia and Florida[/quote'] I think he'll take Florida but it will be really close. In Virginia Obama has a good chance.

How will they predict this election which is within the percentage of error for all polls? Gallup was +5 romney till yesterday and changed to +1 Romney today. How TF was that possible? It's all BS.

They are all trying to play safe. Only fivethirtyeight has a clear prediction.

Most of the states have their Obama leads under the sampling error, but the probability of all of the polls getting it wrong in the same direction is pretty low. If Romney wins, a lot of pollsters including Nate Silver would be looking for another job.

Gallup suspended polling preceding Sandy, effectively for 7 days, so thats the reason for such a big change. Again polls are based on their basic assumptions and premises so wudnt mean much anyways though.

Glenn beck categorically believes it will be 321 Romney. I am still not sold on these polls. It can be tricky. Things can go either way .
