A member of the New Black Panther Party who was charged with voter intimidation in the 2008 election for standing outside a Philadelphia polling site was back Tuesday morning in an official capacity. Jerry Jackson, who was charged in the 2008 case along with Minister King Samir Shabazz, but later saw charges dropped by the Department of Justice, was seen early Tuesday outside a North Philadelphia voting site wearing the groupÃÔ trademark black beret, combat-style uniform and heavy boots. Most of the states have their Obama leads under the sampling error' date=' but the probability of all of the polls getting it wrong in the same direction is pretty low. If Romney wins, a lot of pollsters including Nate Silver would be looking for another job.[/quote'] Not Nate. His model is only as good as the polls and he has said that often. He has even mentioned that theres a slight chance that the majority of the pollsters could get it wrong, in certain scenarios, because they all essentially follow the same algorithms. I have a lot of respect for the guy.

I have been checking betting odds (better than any polls), day started with Obama leading 1.18, Romney 5 .. then Romney went down till 3.5 and now is again above 4. I think everybody is confused, it doesnt make sense how Romney can win but then there are some news-feedback and people think he just might. And how can Ohio be close, betting odds are 1.2:4.2 in favor of Obama..
