Nope. Shami would not be in the Test-series unless he does something special. Would be unfair to drop Awana/Dinda from the squad without giving them a shot at it. I'd rather prefer Shami goes to the SA A-tour before he plays in the SA Test series.

Wait for the Vijay Hazare Trophy. He's struggling in Ranji, but Vijaya Hazare/Deodhar might be a different ball game for him. Don't mind Uthappa being called up as well.

if we are thinking abt next world cup then chand is good choice.... but are u willing to destroy his test career cos of it ? cos i can assure u a good one season here and he can over come his bad habits but once he gets into odis that will be it....

Teams in the knockouts so far: Grp A- Punjab Grb B - UP and Baroda Grp C- Services Mumbai are as good as through as well from grp A, Saurashtra look to be on their way to QFs too now that they are ahead by 250+ runs vs MP with more than 5 sessions to play From Grp B, Delhi and Karnataka fighting it out for the 3rd spot whichever team wins its match goes through. Karnataka have 5 sesisons to roll over Maharashtra and go through, Delhi look stuck on a flat road vs Vidarbha. From Grp C, a number of sides fighting for the last QF spot. Jharkhand need to wrap up Services quickly and chase whatever is the target to give themselves a chance.. Other contenders Adhara, Assam and Kerala look stuck on flat pitches with Assam looking the most likey side to take a 1st innings lead and move ahead.

Not having MP in knockout is disappointing. Most of the season they played good cricket. But one bad day against Mumbai seems to have cost them knockout place. Would have been good to see that Pandey guy in subsequent rounds

Pujara's presence makes it uneven contest. Shouldn't have been allowed to play. But still MP can't complain as Saurashtra was still without their star player..
