Don't take the domestic speed guns too seriously. Dinda generally bowls 127 k to 133 k in domestic matches bot was bowling 137 to 144 k in the England matches. It happens all the time. Also, that delivery had steep bounce from just short of good length which is more difficult to play than much shorter deliveries.
