Not CM, so she is right there. But that excuse goes only thus far, as the government in center is of Congress too. She should not cry crocodile tears but ask them firmly for control if she really wants it. And all, 7 MP's from Delhi are from Congress too. What are they doing ? In the short term, prevention is better than a cure.
