I have seen some Good decisions coming Up by Patil and Company including rewarding Genuine Performances ....and making Indian Cricket being a Performance driven Job.....I guess Sachin retiring from ODI has also something to do with selectors. This team is focusiing on Performance and hence guys like Rohit not performing for long and still expecting to be in eleven is Utter rubbish..... I got out on Zero in one match clean bowled ..next match I was asked to bat at no 5 and after 3 failures I was sitting Out......international MAtches are to be played by players in full form.... I think some amount of pressure for Players is OK.....captain will not play non performers in the eleven as his Job is on the line.....

Selectros are monkeys. Chawla(dont rate him) may possibly be odi player, while mishra may possibly be test player. Yet they put them in wrong squads. p.s both are actually rubbish and should not be picked at all
