Lurker Posted January 17, 2013 Posted January 17, 2013 Whats this hang-up with greatest? That too with a country? Every country has its quirks. Of the countries that I have lived and travelled in here are a few that comes to mind. India. Great people, great history, great culture, great food. Yes we have our own problems but we keep chugging along. Climate is lovely, neighbours probably not so much. Girls are divine and life is just so nonchalant. Simple things like sitting on the door of a moving train, wind hitting you in the face and looking at people working in the field. Lovely. US. Great in terms of how it respects people. You walk to an office and you see a handicap person working in next cube and you do not battle an eyelid. He is a proud man, he does not need sympathy. You walk to a restaurant and you see there is an alternate walking platform for the handicaps, mainly war veterans, who easily wheelchair into the restaurant. And nobody battles an eyelid. Much more than the opulence it is the dignity of life that is infectious. Britan and European countries. Generally speaking good history, culture and a sense of open mindedness that is hard to miss. Very proud people. A German speaks German, French speaks French and everybody carries their own accent, not much fake here. I must say girls are very bohemian, kind of the ones that can make you lose your mind if you are not careful. Australia. Fun. Phillipines. Great country who somehow has lost its culture to US. Everything is American driven. But very nice people. Also one of those countries who have recently seen a huge influx of Indians for tourism and commercial interest and actually are interested. Nice beaches. Mexico and Latin countries. Easy going people who are hugely passionate. They have their own problems, specially these days, but remains a great country to visit. And who does not like a Latina?? Every country has its plus and minus. I love India and US..in that order but then again I am biased :winky:

The ritual still continues but can someone accept me? I hope someday I have a wife (Rita) and some kids. The question is - Will my monster protect them or put them at risk?
