Aniket was ordinary until this year under Pringle he has shown immense improvement, same as Pankaj, nothing in the news about tearaway Mumbai bowler Mohd Amir and Zafir Patel

Quite interesting to see whoever playing or played for india has poor records in domestic circuit compared to players who are yet to play. I hope we will get to see most if these players in action in IPL. That will give a clear idea about what speeds they are bowling and whether they can trouesting statistics. Could be that the pitches are better for bowlers now and that is encouraging better bowling as well as better bowlers. The newer lot surely look more potent than their predecessors.

Could be that the pitches are better for bowlers now and that is encouraging better bowling as well as better bowlers. The newer lot surely look more potent than their predecessors. I would like know what the averages of the experienced pacers were in first class, before they played international cricket.

Is anyone amongst Warrior,Mohanty,Pandey,Mohit or Kaul bowls in 138-143kph range or above than that..... AFAIK most of them are 133-138 range.

The domestic speed guns are often inaccurate and give slower readings generally. So, it is possible that Pandey, Warrier, Mohit and Kaul would be atleast 135 k to 142 k, if not quicker. I remember Shami bowing just 129 to 136k. In internationals he is bowling 135 to 142 k.

Rajpoot, warrier from what I have seem m heard are faster, Pandey is fast medium, 135 to 140 range, Shami can bowl faster then this and better then this I have seen it myself.
