ganeshran Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 Her amazing achievements include cracking the Microsoft Certified Professional and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) courses with ease. lol since when is cracking MCP and CCNA an amazing achievement. Any 6th grader with a penchant for memorizing answers should be able to do the same thing
Muloghonto Posted March 1, 2013 Posted March 1, 2013 This whole IQ business is a bit of a sham and psuedo-science. Dont put much emphasis into it.
Params7 Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 This whole IQ business is a bit of a sham and psuedo-science. Dont put much emphasis into it. this. IQ doesn't matter when the motivation isn't there to do something good with it. Intelligence isn't a 1 dimensional measurable trait.
Jersey #10 Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 credible source? I know a lot of people who have passed MCP and CCNA. It's no big deal
urbestfriend Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 credible source? I know a lot of people who have passed MCP and CCNA. It's no big deal Do you know any 11year old who has passed MCP and CCNA? Talk about missing the point
Jersey #10 Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 Do you know any 11year old who has passed MCP and CCNA? Talk about missing the point There are plenty of intelligent 8th graders. Passing the MCP and CCNA doesn't make her the "smartest" kid on the planet and definitely not the smartest person on the planet as suggested in the OP.
Crookbond Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 There are plenty of intelligent 8th graders. Passing the MCP and CCNA doesn't make her the "smartest" kid on the planet and definitely not the smartest person on the planet as suggested in the OP. Probably I missed this but can you point out where in the OP has the claim being made of girl being "the smartest person on the planet". As far I can see, the only claim made is that she has been rated the highest IQ. @ all, Yes cracking MCP and CCNA may not be great but please also factor into account that the child had to struggle with speech impairment.
yoda Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 Amazing indeed. One detail missed out is which IQ test she took as there are too many of them.
Tiger80 Posted March 2, 2013 Posted March 2, 2013 She is brilliant but she does not have highest IQ of adult For example an IQ of 170 at the age of 10 years old is the equivalent of an adult IQ of only 106. http://mostextreme.org/highest_iq.php
