PBN Posted March 13, 2013 Posted March 13, 2013 For the shorter straighter pitches, because you're hitting it on the front foot, you're pressing the trigger a little quicker than the fuller deliveries. Though I think you press them just around the time it would hit the ground...it's a personal thing like batting. Experiment with it and see whether you're late on the shot or early i.e if the ball has already passed the bat then you're obviously late. In the end it's just practice and your feel for the shot.
