Look at it positively. They'll get to hobnob with some proven international cricketers, and if studious enough, will pick up some tricks of the trade. Will get some specialist coaches too to guide them a bit. Also, if they get to play a match, they'll have a feel of international cricket - they'll get huge crowds, will get televised, scrutinised and will be more battle-ready.
