sandtest Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 Those who are hurling abuses at Jogi Sharma, should note -- How many catches were DROPPED in his Overs?? Enough for any new bowler to boost his morale if he gets a wicket or two. Sadly, no one among us is ready to acknowledge this fact and judging him with one hostile 20-20 game.
sandtest Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 Had Aggy played this match...we could have lost it easily. Aggy must have ensured that England scores those remianing 18 runs comfortably. I would prefer anyone, in place of Agarkar....Give others chance instead of watching Aggy being punished all over the ground, let's watch someone new at least for a change.
jf1gp_1 Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 infact gavaskar had even commented about sharma that selecters will look at his bowling figures and will never remember the dropped catches.
bigdhoni7 Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 you're right that they did drop catches off him. but i still suggest he goes back and joins the india A team to regain his form from there.
SightForTheGods Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 no agarkar and no joginder,,,bring in someone else
zubinpepsi Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 no agarkar and no joginder' date=',,bring in someone else[/quote'] and the no list will go on and on.......:haha:
madmax271079 Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 U r RITE salil! U r rite salil he is a good bowler and T20 is not good form of match to judge a player (batsmen and bowlers).
kabira Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 jogi needs to learn the art of changing the pace...he is just one trick pony
kabira Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 well atleast this trundler did not go for 36 in an over...like fast bowler
yoda Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 well atleast this trundler did not go for 36 in an over...like fast bowler so, that's our yardstick now? :giggle:
Chaos Posted September 19, 2007 Posted September 19, 2007 Yusuf Pathan all the way, allah will help him tommarow!
King Tendulkar Posted September 20, 2007 Posted September 20, 2007 Worst bowler ever. So bad that makes me pine for The Duck!
Mr. Wicket Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 Bump. Well, he can at least turn in a better over in a major nerves situation at the death than quite a few other people. :D
Predator_05 Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 22 needed off the last over, it would have taken something spectacular - even for a loser like him - to screw it up. If it weren't for him, AUSTRALIA WOULND'T HAVE GOTTEN THIS CLOSE in the first place I hope he is dropped for the next game.

Listen pal, Agarkar is a [edited] and bad omen and whatever you like to call him... If Agrakar had been there, he made sure that aussie win the game before 19th over finishes. Jogi is much better that Agarkar any day...even sehwag, Yuvraj, Dhoni all are better bowlers than that badluck Agarkar.:giggle:

Ever looked at Agarkar's record against AUS ? DID you watch how PATHETIC Joginder was bowling today ? Obviously NOT That too after a brilliant start from Sreesanth tied them down. Hayden was on 15 off 22 balls UNTIL this loser came on and GIFTED HIM some FOURS and SIXES Wake the f*ck up
fineleg Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 Joginder Sharma redeemed himself in the end. But just. I still am very doubtful abt Jogi. Agarkar - Known crap Jogi - slightly unknown but very mediocre. But well done in the last over Jogi.
The Outsider Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 The last over would give him a lot of confidence to build upon. I would back him for now.
bigdhoni7 Posted September 22, 2007 Posted September 22, 2007 i fully accept my misgivings about Jogi. He was brilliant and showed balls of steel in the final over.
