Batting in low scores nevertheless Ashwin-9.5, Excellent with the ball. Our most thinking bowler in the team. B. Kumar-7, Showed some promise in his first series and can do better with more overs. I. Sharma-7.5, broke some threatening partnerships, showed some bowling techniques improvements Ojha-7, Decent series with the bowl and took his opportunity well. Dhawan-8.5, Debut game and a brilliant knock. A world record indeed Rahane-5, disappointing debut. Perhaps nervous but needs to take his limited opportunities well. Harbharjan Singh-5.5, pretty much as expected. Out of form. Overall, the 2 CSK boys, Vijay and Jadeja were perhaps that needed difference between this series victory and the last England series.

I would give SRT a 2 or 3. Probably the most unsuccessful player in the series. Every other batsmen had a decent series.
