It is not about majority, it is about the rights of the individual. I should not be impeded with my lifestyle because you are too much of a moron to keep your money in check. I should not be punished for being a responsible gambler because of the irresponsible gambler. Gambling is not an inherent destruction for everyone. There are millions who go buy lotto tickets every paycheque and burn 0.5% of their paycheque on it, which never amounts to much. And there are millions who put their entire paycheque on the line because of addiction. Your addiction is not my problem and if you cannot manage your own money, you are SOL, not me. betting should be legal.
