That is not a practical solution, plus lie detectors are not foolproof.

Lie detectors can be beat. Harsh penalties, better education. Clean up the surroundings. Half the team owners are involved in something dodgy anyway. Limit promo's, endorsements, etc. so they're not mincing with all-sorts

Anr pray where did I say there wont be inequality of income? You need to understand the difference between an unfair environment and a fair environment which may lead to disparate income. In your case, the so called "losers" can only whine because the system will not encourage anything but merit.
