I can't believe I am saying this, but Indian bowling has potential

He still after this ordinary series has better overseas average than Ishant (even after his performances against the Mighty Windies this season). I am sure a fit and rhythmic Sree is far more dangerous than Ishant.
Ishant is better bowler in India. A bowling average of 28 in India and he already has 2 MOS series performance in his bag at the age of 22 when most bowlers does not even start their test careers. He has a lot of time on his hand. On the other hand, Sreesanth who is playing for 5 years, has not even played as much tests as Ishant because he is injured all the time because of his indiscipline, lack of dedication towards his bowling, and nonexistence brain to improve. He is already 28 when he must be at his peak of bowling form and fitness but he is. He wont even make many counties first eleven I should say that shows his plight, He does not even bother to play for Kerala. When Association tries of contact him, they cannot find him and he is found out acting in a movies, singing with bands rather than playing ranji trophy for Kerala and whenever he has played FC matches in the last 5 years, he has never performed and still he finds in the team every time. He cannot even perform consistently in 2 consecutive tests. He bowls boundary balls every over. People say he swings the ball but what benefit if it is not directed well and disciplined. If we do not realize this now, then only God can save us and you are comparing Ishant and Sreeshant, like comparing Zameen and Aasman. Sreeshanth is nowhere near Ishant. Ishant may have not taken too many wickets in this series but look at how many overs he has bowled in last 2 months and you expect him to bowl day in and day out and over burden him. He has done really well in this series and has been unlucky on many occasions. In oval test too, he has been our best bowler.

PK and Ishant are the only ones who should survive after this tour. Dump Sree, Bhajji, Mishra, RP. Dunno what the deal is with Patel, I guess if he is fit we can have him play the series against WI.
Ya those are the only two I would carry forward from here as well. The rest are done. The only one who can get back with some effort is harby if he improves.

To me India needs to move on from this bunch apart Ishant. There is no point recycling rubbish like we do with our openers. Give new guys a chance and you might find couple of gems.
Pakistan can't find good batsmen and India can't find good bowlers, so they use the tried and tested method of recycling rubbish over and over again. From time to time when we uncover someone like Ishant/Umar Akmal we get all over excited and think that we have the second coming of Jesus on our hands only to get pwned. Same old story. :((

This thread is 4 years old..the bowlers listed had a good run. I really dont get the point of "there i told you so". All good things come to an end just ask the Kangaroos how they are doing now that McWarne days are over.
Huh? Who said "i told you so"? Did you even read my post? I admitted that I thought they had potential too.
