What actually happened was Sachin had hit Mushtaq Ahmed for a six or two. Mushtaq was a protege of Qadir and maybe that inspired Qadir to sledge SRT with a "Bacchon ko kyon maarte ho, hamein maaro to jaane"(why are you hitting the kid? try hitting me instead). And so SRT spanked 4 sixes off Qadir :hysterical::hysterical: Incidentally Qadir, a great spinner that he was, was thrashed often by Indians. His googlee was supposed to be his secret weapon and had won Pakistan games against England and West Indies(WI, at the top of their game, were dismissed under 100). Kapil would pick Qadir's googly every single time, and hit it for a boundary shouting Googles!! :hysterical::hysterical:

I just wonder , Sachin would have made the bowlers cry , literally. He wont be bashing like a Gayle or power his way through like a Yuvraj , but his silken nudges and glances... Aaahh ! Sachin would have scored something like 50 off 27 balls without anybody even noticing if he were there. I feel for the cricketing world. They missed a masterpiece from the master !
