Mohammad Irfan will be a threat to us and to most batsmen in the world. He is tall and gets high bounce even on dead tracks which will be hard to play. Indian batsmen have to be cautious against him. As a rule in English conditions against any team, play out first 15-20 overs without taking too many risks and then we can score runs.

i think we will play him well now as surprise element is gone also openers and number 3 dont mind bounce ..honestly im more worried about roach as he is bowling with good control and swing is what will hurt us!

If i had to make a composite team on a neutral pitch with something in it for everybody based on a mixture of current form and statistics Dhawan (over Charles) Gayle Kohli (over Darren Bravo) Samuels (over DK simply based on experience and a spinning option) Dhoni (non contest) Pollard (just about shades it over Raina the only one of contention) Sir Jadeja Bravo (over Ishant or Vinay) Bhuvi (over Rampaul) Narine (over Ashwin) Roach (over Umesh) 6-5 to the windies. Is this was in the subcontinent, Raina over Pollrard and 6-5 to India. On paper IMO Windies are the better side than India.
