That aside, this is the gist of it: - The dude is Congress MP J D Seelam - The Congress party is implementing a UPA strategy to empower backward castes in the state of Andhra Pradesh - Supporting the Congress party is like supporting Christianity, they are our saviours; He said this at a ST/SC (scheduled tribe/scheduled cast) meeting at a gathering in a district he was campaigning. - Do not trust any other party. The longer Congress is in power, they longer we (the marginalised) shall prosper; Congress are the messiah for the poor, down trodden and marginalised. Another how - to in vote bank politics.
