surprised nobody has mentioned Trott yet. I don't care how good his on drive to midwicket/cow corner is or how good his extra cover drive is, his carving out the crease and mashing out the wicket takes the piss and is brutally painful to watch even as an England fan.

I understand he has done phenomenally well in both batting and bowling, easily a True Great of the game but somehow when i watch him bat i just dont like the look of it (Only the look) Ugly may not be the right word but its definitely not easy on the eye, but that does not take away the fact that he is the Go TO man for SA.. Respect for his achievements :hatsoff::hatsoff:

But he plays some of the most beautiful cuts, pulls and drives ... He may not be elegant but he has a very steady technique. Anyways it really depends on personal opinions but for me kallis is near perfection when it comes to batting technique.
