He is cynical and brutally honest. but dozens of tourists visit India. i just had a caucasian female friend who went to Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur with her sister and nothing happened to her. She had a great time, so buckley can stay in Canada for the rest of his life and get high on maple syrup. :two_thumbs_up:

LOL did you give her a medal at the end? you should have, she deserved one for making it out of the country without being raped.

It is obvious that its a propaganda video full of BS and atleast I wouldn't want to waste my time exposing it here. sad that some think its 'brutally honest'.

Take any reasonable to exaggerated estimate for India, it rate would still be substantially less than many nations. It is very difficult to estimate the under-reported cases. Delhi sees 158 percent increase in rape cases after the infamous gangrape last year Police (http://in.news.yahoo.com/delhi-sees-158-percent-increase-rape-cases-police-132038883.html). The new number could be closer to reality as there is awareness among the public now, police also claims tht there are women officers in every police station now and officers are under specific instructions to note down complaints or FIRs immediately as the complainant arrives at the police station.

One of the main reasons for this is under reporting which I tried to account for. N btw 96% of the reported rapes in delhi are committed by a person known to the victim like family, friends, neighbours,teachers etc as per delhi police stats.
