Very courageous girl!! We need more people like her in pakistan and around the world... People who doesnt know her.. she is the girl who got shot in head by Taliban and survived. She was raising her voice against Taliban for women's education.. You go girl... KtprX8i2k-Q

Way to go. I just hope they dont give her a Nobel Peace Prize too soon and derail her mission. Education for women is the fundamental solution to most of the world's problems.

nonsense PR BS from UN, there have been dime dozen speeches like this done by others before and nothing has come off it. how about if the UN and Pakistan government are serious about womens' right to freedom and education then get Malala to give this same speech in Pakistan parliament braodcast live across pakistan. then it will be progress.

That won't be. The Pakistan Parliament is a joke, they'll say and do anything you want them too.

Actually, her existence will keep the money flowing into pakistan. Those ultra liberals in NY and London will think perhaps there is hope left. More Angelina Jolie types to march into the Frontier regions with their UN entourage and handouts in the coming months. This is a masterstroke by ISI.
