Here's a site for some good themes - http://www.rainmeterskin.com/ otherwise go to DeviantArt - it has many incredible themes/skins. DeviantArt also has many Glass Themes. Look for Full Glass Themes - they're just awesome!!!

Immediately after creating the account the site will send a verification mail on the email ID you have given - just click on the link given in that email and it'll take you to the warez-bb page and your account will be verified.
