CrazyCric Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Could have been easily 10-0 if Saffers didn't choke in the end. Discuss

vvvslaxman Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 LOL' date=' so doing well than 6th or 7th ranked team is the answer, good stuff :haha::haha:[/quote'] Yes. it is a very good answer to a fan of 6th and 7th ranked team fan. If a south african trolled us that has some merit in it :cantstop:
CrazyCric Posted December 30, 2013 Author Posted December 30, 2013 Best way to forget this is by organise an ODI series with us SL and smash the **** out of us , all these sorrows will be forgotten.
bulbul Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 ^ No it will increase sorrow thinking how difficult for us to face other opponents after gully cricket :((
Shawn Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Looking at the positives, at least they didn't lose by an innings...
vipin Posted December 30, 2013 Posted December 30, 2013 Could have been easily 10-0 if Saffers didn't choke in the end. Discuss Thats the reason we have a completely changed top 6 now. Now, its the turn of the bottom 5.

Roshanrocks Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 We are the most consistent team abroad.... :two_thumbs_up:
Soorma_Bhopali Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 That 1 Drawn was also almost Lost till SA Thinktank had a brainfart !!! OTherwise 10-10:hysterical:
Scarves Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Sri Lanka yet to win a test match in India and Australia But they did win a match in South Africa to be fair in recent times and recently lost 1-0 out of three matches in England, so they aren't that bad I guess. But this has nothing to with Sri Lanka. India just bowl teams into the game and it doesn't help when Dhoni has odd fielding placements and doesn't really show faith in his pacemen. Shami should be bowling a lot more under Dhoni but he isn't.
Marut Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Could have been easily 10-0 if Saffers didn't choke in the end. Discuss The teams were England, Australia and SA - so we did not loose to weakling teams.
Vijy Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Although I can understand and sympathize with those who see the SA tour as a positive, I feel that we have a long way to go before we become competitive overseas. We need to find 4 wicket-taking bowlers and preferably an all-rounder. I do believe Jaddu and Shami can do well, but that leaves 3 more spots. There are also questions regarding some of the batsmen and their ability to handle swing.
shortbread Posted January 2, 2014 Posted January 2, 2014 Its the first time this young Indian team is touring especially against the no.1 side SA. Its a clean slate and the numbers will be in our favour now.
