In his speech delivered at 'Bruhath Hindu Sangama' organized at Gurpur Vajradehi Math on Sunday January 5, Dr Bhat criticized the Congress-led state government for formulating anti-Hindu policies and condemned the proposed Anti-Superstition Bill. He further said that the government has been doing injustice to Hindus ever since it came to power, and those protecting Hinduism were also being targeted by the government. He also levelled several allegations against the Muslim and Christian communities, on issues like cow slaughter and conversion, and also alleged that the recent Deralakatte incident was nothing but a gang-rape with the involvement of the youth who was with the girl student. In Ullal, cases have been filed against innocent persons. 11. Hindu girls and women working in Muslims' mobile shops, fancy stores and footwear shops are being exploited. The Hindus have to be aware of these happenings. At the same meeting, Samskara Bharati functionary, Adarsh Gokhale, declared that the Hindu community was capable of retaliating Love Jihad in a fitting manner. In the coming days, anti-Hindu forces would be taught a lesson by the alert Hindu community. There was a dire need to build a Hindu nation by flying the 'Bhagwa' flag atop the Red Fort. Hence the nation needed a strong Hindu leader, Gokhale said. Shri Gurudevananda Swamiji of Odiyoor, Mohandas Swamiji of Manila and Shashikant Mani of Balekodi also spoke on the occasion. No. But when some people intentionally spread only one side of story, you will get a reaction,people should accept it and move on.
