Wants a national gig. Its a good deal for the BJP and the TDP. Will be interesting if the TRS and Congress are forced into an alliance or if TRS feel they can win on their own Telangana in the state legislature

Btw, if anything, that TN poll has more credibility given its local and reputed source. And mind you, even if you think it is paid survey, that can mean both sides either overestimation or underestimation. Don't just make it suitable to your own agenda each time. You don't complain when surveys are showing good for your party but when otherwise, its all conspiracies.

Do you realize that it is vote shares, not seats. There is a clear difference. And you may or may not agree with the survey completely. But yet, the trend is clear. With BJP+ in TN, it is gonna be a 3-way competition. Hardly, anything suspicious about this survey when many others is showing similar voting shares.
adi B Posted March 15, 2014 Posted March 15, 2014 TDP will ally with BJP but it seems neither are gaining much from neither seemandhra nor telengana(even though bjp are getting 15-18% of the votes)..tdp are tipped to get close to 8-9 seats in seemandhra but 0 in telengana..only possible reason for the alliance is that both bjp and tdp want to look for a long term relation and develop a strong base in andhra for the future and especially assembly elections which will occur simultaneously with LS

Not sure outside Madhurai he have any support. your right there is no guarantee indeed. But what do the bjp have to lose in TN? Its literally a blank slate for them in that state. So he becomes dangerous and causes problems for the bjp in the state. Just write it down as a small investment gone bad. At this point the BJP will take support even in Madhurai. When you start from 0 any revision is upwards. The BJP needs to get to a situation whereby they get 4-5 lok sabha seats on their own and can act as a kingmaker on their own in assembly elections
