Stephen Fleming who has a losing record overall as captain is regarded as one of the best. 10 Test losses, 8 of them with SRT, RD and VVS playing in all of them is more of a hit on their legacy than Dhoni's. After these three left in SA Test series and NZ Test series, we can all see how well the young side is fighting in all these 4 tests. So you can put as much blame as you want on MSD for these overseas losses, but the fact remains most of the players who are part of the 0-8 drubbing are gone.

His ability to come up with wicket taking balls, coming off his recent form with great performances in Ranji SF, Ranji Final and Irani Cup where he had match winning spells in each of those games, it would have been mouth-watering on this pitch, him bowling in tandem with Isshu and Sami, in place of Zak.
