One thing I've learnt during the last 2 years is that Indian cricket suffers from a lack of integrity or accountability whatsoever. It's truly shocking to see that the players have no remorse for the thrashings. There is a lack of willingness from the players to man up to their mistakes. I think the whole structure is dysfunctional.
