The problem with the Bangladesh top cricketers are they are all loose cannons. Tamim talks rubbish and can't back it up (called Zimbabwe 'ordinary' and got pawned), Shakib does nonsense almost all the time and behaved by a big badass in the team because of which he got kicked out from captaincy, and Mushfiq is on an emotional rollercoaster half the time. They need a guy who should teach them how to behave properly (inside and outside the dressing room) when they represent their country.
