Malcolm Merlyn Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Some of these statements by Pakistan players are just pathetic.Talk big.Talk about genetics.Talk about Pathans/Punjabis etc etc etc.Talk about food.Just talk talk talk.At least older players had the skills to do it on foeld, but newer ones like Ajmal/Hafeez/Gul can just talk.Pathetic. BTW someone tell these genetic/food theory guys that genetically India also has the same pool that Pakistan has.
Asim Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 on a lighter note: Pakistanis talk Freely because they actually talk "freely" :--D No BCCI-like restricted talks with $/word behind them :((
Midfielder Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Both training and genes It's for the same reason that Jamaica produces the fastest sprinters. Don't see anything wrong in what he said Yes and no! For 100 m and 200m you need bigger guys to propel you and they have those. It just comes down to who wants it more.
Asim Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 @jonas10: Im still looking for "arrogance" and "stupidity" in following statments by Gul before match: i. I am targeting Tendulkar and Sehwag. ii. My plan is to get them out early. iii. Only then, we can win easily. iv. I am confident of getting them out cheaply The fact is, if you can rethink it unbiasedly, he was rather giving 'value' n 'respect' to both batsmen in cricketing terms when he said "If we get them early, ONLY THEN we can win easily"... Im sure not even 1/10 genuine cricket fans from your country would agree with u here...
Sajid_Rana Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Talking hyping big before match/series reminds me of this
Haarkarjeetgaye Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Talking hyping big before match/series reminds me of this pigs have their own dish :hysterical::hysterical: to each his own

But cheaply? As I said show me where zaheer did the same thing about akmal and hafeez. Oh wait you can't. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
jonas10 Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Talking hyping big before match/series reminds me of this You're equating a commercial to hype the series? Where was anything said about a specific player? Calling out one player? Lol its hilarious how all the pak fanboys are making excuses. Lolllll please don't stop! You're making India invincible in big clashes shooting off your mouth. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk

jonas10 Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Of course I do. As I said please show me any Indian saying such a thing about a pak player. Even after these retards retire they write books about how sachin feared them and then beg to come work in India. Lmaooooo Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
vijay50 Posted March 22, 2014 Author Posted March 22, 2014 Another instance of big mouthing by pakistan players from past. shoaib and Afridi.Always talking bad about Indian players. http://www.hindustantimes.com/news-feed/chunk-ht-ui-cricket-topstories/sachin-quaked-in-his-boots-while-facing-shoaib/article1-752240.aspx

jonas10 Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Hahaha as expected you can't show nothing. If the Indians are asked to comment on Pakistanis stupid comments they surely will. Again for the millionth time show me one Indian before a world Cup match talking about how cheaply he was going to take out batsmen. Or which pak players won't score centuries. Etc Quick tip you can't. Only pak players are that level of stupid. Please never change. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
JourneyMan Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 Of course there is. He equates being "a mountain person" :hysterical: with being a good fast bowler due to genetics. I can totally see this stupid mentality washing down pregame when Afridi is telling his boys they bowl fast cause they eat halal seekh kababs or some sh!t and Indians cant cause they are all dosa eating book worms :haha: You dont think guys like Tendulkar Dhoni Yuvraj Dravid realize this? All it does is fire them up before the games when these dummies shoot off their mouths :yay: Someone should ask Gavaskar why India does so good in WC matches in Pakistan so he can attribute it to the amazing IIT Fortune 500 CEO intellects on the team. The mental superiority of the Indian I agree with you when you say that's it's foolish to make this distinction 'i.e, tribal Pakistanis have the physique to be fast bowlers and Indians don't ' However, I do think Indian cricket lacks good athletes. The only players we currently have who could be considered as decent athletes are Dhoni and Jaddu. Yuvraj was a beast in his prime. Apart from that I can't think of anyone. This hasn't got anything to do with tribe or cast - it's the Indian cricket culture that seems to lack emphasis on physical strength and ability. We have boxers and weightlifters who win medals at Olympic events (so it isn't a genetic problem), but most of our cricketers look like they've never seen the inside of a gym.

jonas10 Posted March 22, 2014 Posted March 22, 2014 I agree there is nothing per say wrong with what gul said. All he's doing is poking the bear. There is a reason zaheer said nothing before the match. Afridi couldn't shut up about how he was going to deny sachin a century and event hough he didn't get it he winds up man of the match. There is a reason Dhoni didn't talk about denying Afridi a century. Lol I don't know why I'm doing this but if anything I'm trying to help Pakistanis with free advice. But if you want... Lmao please by all means keep motivating Indian players to have the pak players eat crow the next day. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Tapatalk
CSK Fan Posted March 23, 2014 Posted March 23, 2014 these people are really paid by the quote This is the truth actually. Unlike Indian players, Pakistani players are allowed to earn money from media interviews. And media will only come to you if you give interesting quotes. There is a reason Afridi gives one statement and after two days says the opposite. Most of their players earn money from these ways unlike Indian players who do from big contracts or IPL It is nothing personal, just what they do
