If BCCI is guilty let SC make all the documents public and let us have transparent justice system rather than some judge seeking limelight. Why in hell is SC recommending Srini to step down , it should tell what it found and if Srini is guilty of any wrong doing and who else are involved in this scam they all should be punished no recommending business . There is no ambiguity when it comes to law either you have committed a crime or not, if these guys have committed a crime , let everyone know who else is involved what evidence was received, why are we getting information of the case in bits and piece but the recommendation made by that judge in totality.
SC will run according to the laws of the land and not your whims and fancies.They have procedures and they are following it. Secondly SC has been told that Srini has serious conflicts of interest regarding bcci csk icements and meiyappan and if the chief of bcci is trying to protect guilty people and if witnesses has to be wary of the fact that bcci chief is looking at what they are saying then no fair probe can be done.Hence Srini and Icements mafia has to be uprooted from the bcci and now i believe even from ICF. As per the report on cricinfo, the advocate representing Srini told the justice not to reveal names of players in court because the IPL brand had already taken a hit.SC accepted this request and hence the names are not known to media. Justice of SC is not any silly person to take such decisions without facts.They are acting on facts unlike posters over here.

Those morons are csk fans FIRST and indian fans last. we dont need them.
I think they don't realize the meaning of Supreme court and its chief justice.Once they grow up maybe they will know these kind of things.People take law for granted in our country so it's not a surprise to see such reactions.If England court had given verdict like this then very same people will say how good law system is in England or American courts and how bad is it in India. But our system does something good and they get such response.

laws of land is the problem it is protecting the guilty and not serving justice. Let us see what happens here.

Why should SC care if IPL brand takes a hit or not, its job is provide justice , let it do it.

No wonder with people like this, is why Srini and company and others in our country can involve in any amount of corruption and get away with it. Supreme court is the most pre4stigious institution in our country for a reason But of course, people like you want just entertainment. IPL is like WWE for you and you dont want it to stop even if it completely corrupts our proud history of cricket. So lets blame Supreme court for coming in between all the cheap entertainment
What exactly is the difference between Cricket and WWE. Both are there for people to kill time. Nothing else.

Thats what they are doing.They will give every order in writing.Not in press conference.No way.CSK and Srini's lawyers will get the verdict.
ok so far we have not seen any judgement form SC, even in 2000 it was Chanderchud's recommendations but not from any court giving verdict to any guilty parties. So far in India no player/official has received any official guilty verdicts from any court in India on match fixing issue.

Each and every decisions given by court is in writing.Not verbal.If you think courts have never given verdicts in writing then there is nothing left to debate.

And to think a fair number of these accusers don't even live in our land - but chest thumping or grinding it down - can count on them. Balance is only for other countries - almost with disbelief. There are good fellows here but doesn't suit the archetypes.
Legal system in our country has improved gradually in recent times.Ministers as well as business tycoons have been put in jails for crimes recently.Being an Indian i am very happy to see such improvements.Being a Indian cricket fan i am very glad that SC is trying to clean dirt even from Indian cricket.

Couldn't have said it better. Anyone that is against the SC's observations should read this. An owner of CSK was involved in betting...wouldn't the fans want to get to the bottom of this? How can they keep supporting CSK when their own captain lies about the owners role in the franchise. Disgusting really.
