People equating these players to terrorists need their heads examined. Once that series in 2012 happened, I don't see any reason why they should be barred from IPL as long as owners are willing to spend money on them. well said bro.....but i have an other angle to look into this We know that ISI has a huge role to play in lot of bomb blasts in India.....recent one is in Hyderabad india.......And ISI is Pak govt intelligence agency.......Now, if we are allowing Pak players to play in IPL.......Some of the income of these players goes to pak govt as taxes.....If it's one player....its not a significant amount.....but I am sure...there will be atleast 15 players for various teams.....and that's a decent amount for pak govt to atleast fund 15 to 20 ISI agents for year long....What say?? I know it's not too convincing & lame but thats what goes in my mind.....I feel like we fund for our own destruction........But definitely Pak players as such have anything to do with this directly and they deserve better life and money as any other nation...... If you look at this as a neutral angle....if Maxwell or corey anderson deserves 9 crores, then umar akmal deserves atleast half of it.. But it's not that simple..is it?

Well, I guess politics and terrorism shouldn't be mixed too. But you guys don't want to resolve Kashmir by diplomatic channels. If you know what was happening in the background, the talks on Kashmir had gone to great length before the Mumbai attack halted it. Apparently Pakistan doesn't want to find a solution by diplomatic channels. Heck, their national hero Saeed Hafiz doesn't only want Kashmir, he want to rule all over India like "their ancestors" Mugals did. You mix various things, but it's racist, unfair, ... and wahtever not if India does it. At least, denying the Pak players in IPL is a non-violet way to protest against your terrorism policies and actions. Denying IPL is just a way to say we detest your foreign policies. Moreover, if we have negative sentiments for you, naturally we wouldn't want to invite you to our parties. And terrorist strikes doesn't make us think highly of you. f*** off. Well, this is an open forum. And nobody has invited any Pakis in here to discuss these things. Don't try to shift blame if you are involved in the discussion and don't like you. We Indians, however, are free to discuss this issue(or any other) among ourselves. Huh? Where did that come from, I'm not a paki lol. I personally feel issues between the two countries should be settled through proper diplomatic channels, not by banning cricket or hockey or sufi singers or whatever. But since the Pakistani government is adamant and don't keep their words after each round of talks, I can understand why so many of us want to restrict Pakistani entertainers to perform here. My previous response was for why I was chatting up with Pakistanis. And I said, nobody was invited to this open forum. And if anyone posts a comment here, they are likely to get a response here. Nothing like we shouldn't chat with Pakistanis.
