Because if its the latter, then piping can be the easiest and most logical choice. Also, the fresh water priority of India should be clear: in the monsoons, our rivers swell to 20-30 times the volume, somehow storing this abundant fresh water flow in the monsoon seasons would be the key to having fresh water for al.

VK Singh is standing his ground as he should. Suhag doesn't exactly have a spotless record by most reports. Something has to give. Namo needs to step in ASAP. Whatever is the decision, babus in the MOD need to be shown the door.

VK Singh may have conflict of interest in this case because if Gen. Suhag is removed then the person next in line to become Army Chief is VK Singh's samadhi.

I don't see Singh intentionally trying to start a row after Congi traitors dragged his name through the mud just so he can get his samdhi the top army job. Suhag is not clean. That was Singh's fight throughout his tenure as the COAS - take on vested interests in the Army and MOD. For which Congis manufactured the whole age BS and pushed him out.
