Srinivasan's name is the last in the list. Twelve others had played a very important role in cricket. But the committee has fairly stated that instances mentioned were only allegations and had not been verified. That is why it had been submitted in a sealed cover." Why did the committee submit unverified allegations and waste the time of the Supreme Court? Does the SC have nothing better than to do than spend time on these unverified allegations? Seems like they are fishing for evidence based on allegations and I wouldn't be surprised if they "find" evidence by having people make "statements". If there was evidence as in the case of Sree and co., the cops should have arrested those concerned already.

If there was evidence as in the case of Sree and co., the cops should have arrested those concerned already. The committee's job is to probe IPL spot fixing. Every piece of evidence during the probe has to be documented and looked into. The committee didn't submit allegations but rather said that these allegations were baseless.
