I admit India had the upper hand on us till 2012, however that is all changed. SL have become a top 3 ODI team. With the WC in mind, we are well prepared and serious to win that tournament. Going into it, we are favourites.

Feel sorry for lankans after decades got something to gloat about, its been couple of months now and still cant let go of a t20 win. Expect next meaningful win against us to come maybe by 2030 till then will have to keep listening to the t20 win nonsense.

Credit where credit is due. Sri Lanka are better outfit than us overall in limited overs for all conditions. Why....because they don't have bowlers like Ishant and their spinners can adapt to foreign conditions. And because overseas they don't have a clueless captain like Dhoni who can only manage a team in slow, lowish wickets (case in point CT2013 victory where Cardiff and Oval would give indian pattas a run for their money).
