fineleg
Yes, loud mouth SS should try and focus on bowling well for a change. Link to comment
King Tendulkar
SS is a good bowler and will get better. His far skills are far superior to crapthan. Sree can bowl with real pace and movement. In SA he was awesome Link to comment
coffee_rules
3 left-armers are one too many. Santh is a good choice, he performed as well as RPS in ENgland. I am not happy that Chawla is dropped for Bhajji to get in. Bhajji in tests aainst Pakistan/Afridi is dreadful unless they prepare a helpful pitch. Link to comment
Predator_05
Surprised that they left out BOTH Sehwag and Gambhir. I was expecting one of those two to be included in the squad. I suppose they trust the Jaffer-Karthik combo to deliver, which is fair enough. Great to see Murali back, he is quality. He should play ahead of Harbhajan. Link to comment
ludhianvi
No Sehwag? And that too against Pakistan? Not surprised but I would have liked to seem him there. We go in with 3 seamers and 3 spinners. Will we see 5 bowlers used in the Test match? Perhaps we are missing that all rounder. And what about Yuvraj? I think he may sneak in a game or two as he's a left handed batsmen. This lineup looks a little sedate but maybe thats what we need to bring about some stability. As for the pace bowling, there doesnt seem to be any surprise, and if we go in with 3 pacers, all of them get a game. Link to comment

Cricketics
Nice to see Murali Karhtik selected.. i see him as a typical Indian test spinner.. sad to see both openers Gambhir and Sehwag Left out.. we need them.. if Karthik-Jaffer combo failz we need replacement for it.... the way we took Gambir to England for test, we should have done the same thing again.. sad they didn't pick them. that said, i hope this Kumble Side beat the hell out of pakis.. 3-0 this time.. King Tendulkar
Murali Karthick is cr#p. I tried and tested failure. He falls in to Dinesh Mongia category. Shocked he is back on the scene. Also cant stand the stupid gay chokers that he wears. Whats happened to the whale? Link to comment
