Marco Polo Posted August 16, 2014 Author Posted August 16, 2014 As I already said, this poor dude lacks reflexes to survive against fast bowling. Sachin, dravid got out the same way at the end of their careers.

FischerTal Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 Another overhyped character. Can't even keep the straighter one out. still performs better than any of your countrymen :giggle:
FischerTal Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 As I already said' date=' this poor dude lacks reflexes to survive against fast bowling. Sachin, dravid got out the same way at the end of their careers.[/quote'] so im guessing steyn morkel and philander are trundlers
Straight Drive Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 still performs better than any of your countrymen :giggle: Their No 3 was once a tailender. Azhar Ali. Thats Pakistan bench strength for you :haha:
undisputed chap Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 still performs better than any of your countrymen :giggle: Yes he is better then kohli, gambo , havan, etc diehardpacer 1
FischerTal Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 Yes he is better then kohli' date=' gambo , havan, etc[/quote'] no those are your enemies. celebrated independence day one day too late again :headshake:
undisputed chap Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 no those are your enemies. celebrated independence day one day too late again :headshake: No those are your enemies since they are / were much much better in then pujara in SF :giggle:
FischerTal Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 No those are your enemies since they are / were much much better in then pujara in SF :giggle: and yet pujara was better than dhoni in SF :giggle: so kohli> pujara> dhoni. makes sense :yess:
undisputed chap Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014 and yet pujara was better than dhoni in SF :giggle: so kohli> pujara> dhoni. makes sense :yess:  SF bole to shorter format. In which shorter format is pujara better then dhoni :haha:
FischerTal Posted August 16, 2014 Posted August 16, 2014  SF bole to shorter format. In which shorter format is pujara better then dhoni :haha: i thought you meant south africa. we all know how pujara and kohli were facing those straight balls while dhoni played like tailender :((
Marco Polo Posted August 16, 2014 Author Posted August 16, 2014 so im guessing steyn morkel and philander are trundlers Even sachin and dravid scored runs in England and south Africa at the end of their careers. But they got out bowled when their reflexes slowed down. That's the problem. Pujara 's reflexes have slowed down after he got injured on his knees . He wears protective gears on his knees even when he is fielding. Good players don't get bowled too often unless their reflexes slows down. diehardpacer 1

But they got out bowled when their reflexes slowed down. Pujara 's reflexes have slowed down after he got injured on his knees . He wears protective gears on his knees even when he is fielding. dravid didn't score a lot in south africa. he has a really bad average there. only sachin has consistent average of 40 plus in all overseas countries except for pakistan. just to put things in perspective, pujara was the highest scorer in that SA test series. you can't see off the quality of steyn, arguably the best bowler of all time, morkel, and philander that easily if you are not good enough diehardpacer 1

Dravid scored a lot in England but sachin failed in his Last tour. If you remember correctly, dravid and sachin got out bowled too many times embarrassing their fans. Pujara is getting to that level. Good players don't get out bowled unless they lose their reflexes. Reflexes is not only about his hand and eye coordination, its about their feet movement as well.

Marco Polo Posted August 16, 2014 Author Posted August 16, 2014 do you know of dravids history of getting bowled? it precedes 2011' date=' but that doesn't mean he was a bad player[/quote'] dravid got out bowled too many times only at the end of his career. He got the Nick name " the wall" because of his solid defense and it was impossible to break the defense technique. His technique was of no use once his reflexes slowed down.

Marco Polo Posted August 16, 2014 Author Posted August 16, 2014 no he got bowled a lot in his youth as well. you can check it if you want to disagree. He may have got out bowled inside edging it few times, but he was rock solid when he defended.
