vvvslaxman
Both move well side to side but aren't moving forward. This tennis looks good but isn't that great Both are basically baseliners. Djokvok was going forward at times. But since Murray's forehand picked up he stopped going as he was greeted with so many powerful winners. Djoko's problem is dropping in level for sustained periods. If he could hold his nerve he will breeze through this.

vvvslaxman
That's because neither uses the slices and angles and mixes it up. Actually Djoko's slice was very good today. Better than Murray's . it is their style of game. Staying at the baseline and controlling it. The Japanese kid was refreshing today. won like 30 points at the nets. Yoda-esque
Murray would win far more points if he moves forward after ripping them cross court
vvvslaxman
Murray would win far more points if he moves forward after ripping them cross court He is not a natural at that.. He tried at couple of times backfired. His timing was all wrong. won mere 8 out of 19 (42%)net points where as Djoko has won 22 out of 31 points (71%)
vvvslaxman
Djoko has won only 12 points more than Murray overall.

Raghav_12
Done and Dusted. Just blew him away in the last part of the match. I think Murray ran out of steam towards later part of the match. First two sets were pretty good quality. I'll put my money on Djoko now to win this.
zep1706
Time for my US open bold prediction. Tomas Berdych is winning this! :P So much for my bold prediction. Cilic just beat him in straight sets. :hysterical::hysterical::hysterical:
zep1706
This getting ridiculously easy for Federer. Already had a cakewalk draw. Now he does not even have to face Dimitrov and Berdych to reach the final. Not to talk about all the night session matches while the rest of the guys are playing in the hot and humid day conditions. With his luck I won't be surprised if Nishikori knocks out Djokovic. :cantstop:
Sooda
I cant believe Berdych. I like him, great to watch a total balls to the wall sledgehammerer but really cant string together consistent performances.
