He called up the Vendor who had supplied the machines. During initial conversation when the guy said sure sir main help karta hoon, Aap windows pe jaaiye. Uncle literally went at the window of his cabin and asked pahuch gaya ab ka. Sir right click kariye aur screen ko refresh kariye. My uncle got confused he opened the glass of the window and confirmed again, "Right hand se hi karein". Vendor said "sir aap kisi bhi haath se kar sakte hain". "Kutch hua kya sir", "Bhai is window ka screen bahut sakht hai lekin hum ye nahi samajh paa rahe ki issay mera software kaise chalega". They had this confusing discussion for some time after which vendor said "I am coming at your place aap window pe se kudiyega nahin please".
