First of all A) Any one with an iota of common sense and who has employed in any company ever knows what is conflict of interest and why it is wrong In any country/company the captain/leader owning a player agency and having his employees in the team is immediately sackable offense. Ditto with a President both being the head of the organization as well as owning a competing team b) Same case with the captain of the franchise owned by he President also being the captain of the national team to the extent that all selectors are over-ruled by veto power to save him That despite all these wrongdoing, plus preferential treatment of players and sabotaging of others, that you still see absolutely no problem with any of the going ons tell me that yes, you give absolutely no cr@p about the national team over your club For any professional set up/ organization, etc, conflict of interest in itself is a sackable offense, It doesn't have to be tied with corruption or wrong doings But go ahead, ignore all of that. Hysterical is you guys seeing absolutely no problem with any of the above and STILL supporting, in fact being happy that these things are not cleared up. Very funny indeeed
Supreme Court has already dealt with a). Go read their ruling. It may not to be to your liking, but is over. There is no evidence regarding b) except a few statements by ONE ex-selector.

Not sure about all the fuss and celebrations.. Don't think people really believed that Srini was involved in fixing. What people are pissed about is Srini trying to cover up the involvement of that son-in-law of his in CSK. This article doesn't mention anything about that.

Not at all. I hate that it seems many are putting thoer region and IPL team over the indian team. To such an extent they will defend even the most corrupt and nasty things they do just cos they are from their region

wats the latest news?
This for supporters
Srini knows his onions :cantstop: The overwhelming support for N Srinivasan at the recent BCCI conclave in Chennai was expected anyway, but particularly noteworthy was the presence of a couple of heads of state units. SP Bansal of Delhi is a known acolyte of Arun Jaitley and his presence can be construed as the blessing of the powerful Union minister for the troubled BCCI president. But more significant perhaps is the vote of Jay Shah for Srinivasan. Jay, 24, is the son of the all-powerful Amit Shah, BJP president and the PM's closest aide. Srinivasan has these last few years cannily nurtured Gujarat by giving Ahmedabad IPL and international matches whenever possible. The quid pro quo is the support he is now getting from the state unit that is run by Amit and Jay Shah. Looks like Srini is here to stay.

The 2013 IPL corruption case plot is thickening with Aditya Verma, the petitioner, said on Tuesday that the suspended Indian cricket board secretary Sanjay Patel was creating confusion through his claims of there being nothing against ousted president N. Srinivasan in the report being prepared by the Supreme Court-appointed Mukul Mudgal Committee. In a statement yesterday Verma said: “Mr. Sanjay Patel, secretary, BCCI (suspended by his own state association of Baroda) is creating confusion with wrong statements. He has been quoted in the media saying the commission has given clean cheat to Srinivasan in its interim report.” “One reputed English television channel also ran similar wrong news. It claimed that it was in possession of the interim report of Mudgal Commission and there were no any serious allegations against officials, cricketers and Srinivasan”, he added. This, Verma said, “is a very serious matter since the Hon’ble Supreme Court is monitoring the investigating team. Such wrong news would raise questions about the integrity and credibility of the commission.” Last week, the Mukul Mudgal Committee was given two more months by the Supreme Court to submit its report about 13 individuals, including some prominent cricketers. Verma also claimed that former board president Sharad Pawar has assured that he would try his best to stop Srinivasan from contesting for a third term in office.

Marathi manhooos lobby struggling with the news. As a compromise offering with the gaauthi brigade, nohit sharma should be allowed to continue as an Indian cricketer despite being absolutely hopeless at it!!
