apocalypse Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 Check the TV manual to see what PC resolutions (if any) are supported. Do you have a High Def TV?
apocalypse Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 did you check what resolutions are supported?
Cricketics Posted November 21, 2007 Author Posted November 21, 2007 haa nevermind now its working but only with s-video.. hmm not with audio-video cable.. listen do u know any other good cable.. which has audio cable along with it too offcourse svideo just transfers the video and not audio..
Rajiv Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 What Video Card? I connected through DVI and its preset on PC, but before I used to goto Video Card and choose Display to TV
apocalypse Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 Good to know its working Which TV you have
Rajiv Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 S-Video is best, unless your Video Card has HDMI
Cricketics Posted November 21, 2007 Author Posted November 21, 2007 rajeev Dvi is good???? but u won't get audio along with it though.. what else did u use to transfer the audio??
coffee_rules Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 I have tried various cables, that only thing that worked was s-video and a separate audio/video calble.
apocalypse Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 I have tried various cables' date=' that only thing that worked was s-video and a separate audio/video calble.[/quote'] actually it depends on your tv and video card in your laptop sometimes
Cricketics Posted November 21, 2007 Author Posted November 21, 2007 Good to know its working Which TV you have Sony Plasma..
Rajiv Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 rajeev Dvi is good???? but u won't get audio along with it though.. what else did u use to transfer the audio?? TV PC Input has a Auido Input too, so regular Audio out of PC to that input
Rajiv Posted November 21, 2007 Posted November 21, 2007 You know how I did it earlier my ATI has composite out, so I could input that to my TV as a regular AV connection but this new TV has PC Input and the vid card has extended desktop which means I can play video in full screen on TV w/o showing desktop icons and work on PC. So even If I minimize the video on PC, its still full screen on TV its a great feature
