Compare #9-#11 batsmen of India with #9-#11 batsmen of other countries

Our bowlers bat like tailenders typically (save for a rare HS or AK innings) For the most part, even HS or AK bat like tailenders. Whereas in many other countries, #9 or #10 tailenders can bat decently! (not great, but decently atleast)

If Pakistan had Asif and Gul playing rather than Tanvir and Sami, they'd have a lot more trouble at the bottom of the batting lineup. Harbhajan and Kumble are both above average as tailenders.

Yea ... our tail isnt very long ... but I dont like the idea of picking bowlers based on how well they bat ... The bowlers job is to take 20 wickets in a match.

Indian tail is still good for 100 runs. What are you guys on about? In SA test 1, SCG and VRV scored a 50 runs partneship. Kumble scored a 100 in England. I am glad about Indian tail in the recent past. ZK, Santh put a prize on their wicket more than say Akhtar or Kaneria.

:hysterical:...finey kya joke marti hai yaar..Kuble is a century man plus. As for yesterday's Pak innings, pitch eased out a little bit so it was just fine. besides, MUH is a very good player. He aint a tail ender...
