Sachin=GOD Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 This has to be the most idiotic thing the SC judges have ever done. Knowing fully well that the SIT had the list already, they force the government to provide the list in the sealed envelope to the court. After the government has done that, they refuse to open the envelope and say that it will be given to the SIT to probe.:hysterical::hysterical: Supreme Court has reduced itself to a nautanki! Yup. Anyone who as much as asks a question to Modi Sarkar is a nautanki.
seedhi Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Yup. Anyone who as much as asks a question to Modi Sarkar is a nautanki.Thats what this charade is, enacted by a bunch of SC judges to massage their egos. Never mind that they have become a laughing stock.

randomGuy Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Slamming the Centre for holding a protective umbrella over persons stashing black money in bank accounts abroad, the Supreme Court on Tuesday ordered the government to disclose all their names in a sealed cover by Wednesday. A three-judge Bench of Chief Justice H.L. Dattu and Justices Ranjana Desai and Madan B. Lokur rejected the argument of Attorney-General Mukul Rohatgi for a modification of the order directing disclosure of all the names. “Don’t tell us to modify our order. We will not modify or change even a word in our order. You give us all information you received from foreign countries and we will decide the course of the probe. Why are you providing a protective umbrella to foreign bank account holders? You do not have to take interest in people having foreign bank accounts. The SIT will take care of it,” the Chief Justice told Mr. Rohatgi. “We will decide whether to order a CBI or an Income Tax probe or entrust the probe to some other agency. We can’t leave the issue of bringing back black money to the government.” Finance Minister Arun Jaitley told presspersons here on Tuesday that the government had no difficulty in placing before the Supreme Court the list of black money account holders. http://www.thehindu.com/news/national/black-money-probe-supreme-court-tells-centre-to-submit-names-of-all-indian-account-holders-in-foreign-banks/article6541431.ece
Sachin=GOD Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 ^ the language speaks for itself. Whats wrong with the language?
surajmal Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 How many crores of cases are pending in the courts? Instead of tending to that, these mfers would rather pose to a camera and be a headline in the papers. The "justice" system is an equal party to the parasitic ecosystem created by the dynasty. Both shall be purged in due time. Namoste!

Such extreme level of insecurity and victim mentality from Modi fans can be dangerous both to the Govt and to the country in days to come.
rkt.india Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 #Black money: SC says it doesn't want to embarrass people by opening the list given by Govt. @IndianExpress Really, if they are not revealing the names then what was the need for such drama.
FischerTal Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Whats wrong with the language? This is not an order given by one equal branch of govt to another. Seems like a headmaster giving reasons for cracking the whip
randomGuy Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Modi as PM and Jaitley as FM have done an excellent job thus far, let me say that first. BJP's immorality is that they lied to the people, made tall claims for winning the elections. They knew very well that very small (if any at all) amount of money would be recovered. They know that many of the black money holders are actually big businessmen who fund their election campaign.
FischerTal Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Really' date=' if they are not revealing the names then what was the need for such drama.[/quote'] Dattu and co are still pissed about the judicial appointments bill
Sachin=GOD Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 This is not an order given by one equal branch of govt to another. Seems like a headmaster giving reasons for cracking the whip If left to the Govt, do you honestly expect the black money to be brought back?
rkt.india Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Dattu and co are still pissed about the judicial appointments bill Looks like judge had the gun behind his earlobes to not disclose the names.
Sachin=GOD Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Looks like judge had the gun behind his earlobes to not disclose the names. The names given by the Govt are of ACCOUNT HOLDERS in HSBC Switzerland - many of these people would have legal accounts with no black money so until it is proven that they have black money in their accounts, I see no reason to name them publicly.
scorpio90 Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Firstpost @firstpostin 4m4 minutes ago It does not seem that the government is trying to protect anyone: SIT chairman Justice MB Shah on black money list http://bit.ly/1E0Sc45 Firstpost @firstpostin 5m5 minutes ago It was the same black money list which was given to us in June: SIT chairman Justice MB Shah http://bit.ly/1E0Sc45

They know that many of the black money holders are actually big businessmen who fund their election campaign. Absolutely spot on. I don't think that BJP could have done anything much differently on black money case as they did since coming in power in May. Nor I am inveterate cynic to ascribe that all names have not been revealed because BJP wants to protect certain people. But they are guilty of absolute breach of public trust and immorality because they always knew that little can be done by getting the lists from foreign banks only and were well aware of impediments lying the road of recovery of black money. Yet they went ahead and made tall claims like making names public within 100 days or say. They very well knew that nothing very significant will come out of this, still they lied to people and fooled them like on many other things. Sometimes I feel that BJP made as much impractical promises as AAP had done. But while AAP had done that out of lack of experience, BJP did that out dishonesty.
Raghav_12 Posted October 29, 2014 Posted October 29, 2014 Whats wrong with the language? They want SC to talk about Modi govt in same eulogistic tone as Bhakts do :haha: When courts use such strong words against Jaylalitha that you have committed crime against humanity, courts should be hailed. When they use similar language against Modi govt, how courts dare
