HIC_NAA Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 It looks like a draw. Whats ur take u chess experts.
yoda Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 2 pwns for black vs 1 knight for White. So that's a +1 for white. Any other advantages for white? I read on twitch.tv that neither wants to break up the pawn structure, so just moving the rooks and knight/king for now.
randomGuy Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Comm. say that knight+rook vs rook is mostly a draw. So carslen would not want to exchange pawns.
FischerTal Posted November 17, 2014 Author Posted November 17, 2014 if no pieces exchanged, 50 move rule will apply.
Kalia_Test Posted November 17, 2014 Posted November 17, 2014 Gaya bhains paani mein...Carlsen sucked out all energy from Anand in this draw...Carlsen is not playing just on the board :(( Next 5 games, Anand has 3 whites...he needs to win atleast 2 and draw as black....very very tough ask... I have to again admit that Carlsen is a genius...by the end of his career, even Kasparov might be sidelined.... Carlsen :hatsoff:
India-KXIP fan Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Not a bad result yesterday. Draw playing black. Now just needs to win 1 to draw level which is possible seeing Carlsen has blundered a few times this match.
f.b.m Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Anyone wants a pre-game game? http://multiplayerchess.com/#!/5hWeVPI

India-KXIP fan Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 Im not good but that was embarrasing been playing consistently last 3 days and 10 mins time was just too quick I saw very bad plan after sacrificing knight but then I was like fark it. Errors befre tha too 1 more this time no errors!
f.b.m Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 ggs. Looks like you are in dire need of some opening theory. Just one with white and two defenses with black (one for e4 and one for d4).
zubinpepsi Posted November 18, 2014 Posted November 18, 2014 where does Carlsen go after playing each move? does he go and discuss with his team?? he cant be going to the toilet after every move..
