I'm not sure of Bailey actually. But he I'd captain:(( Marsh has always done well and Maxi can win match singlehandedly. Marsh,Miller,Maxwell and Perera (allrounder) is best combo atm.Boult or any other good bowler can replace Perera
yaar tu Bailey ko jitna bhi hate kar per o tum logo ko final me legaya hai apni kaptaani aur thodi bahut batting se bhi :winky: warna LKC hi milna tha tum logo ko :cantstop:

The IPL was ready to induct two new teams if the situation demanded

The IPL was ready to induct two new teams if the situation demanded, IPL chairman Ranji Biswal said in response to Supreme Court's wide-ranging order that has put a question mark over the future of Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals. But the ripples were felt by the IPL franchises, who were worried about losing commercial partners if there was a delay to the auction. The auction for the eighth season is likely to be held from February 6 to 9, in Bangalore. "We can have new teams. Absolutely, no problem. If they give out a punishment to bar them or something then we will have to look for an option," Biswal said. But Biswal pointed out the BCCI would await the judgement of the three-member committee set up by the court to pronounce the punishment against the franchises as well as the pair of Gurunath Meiyappan and Raj Kundra, who were found guilty of betting. The new committee, headed by former Chief Justice of India RM Lodha, would endeavour to decide on relevant punishments at the earliest possible date, the court said. According to Biswal, various issues including the auction dates for the IPL, which is scheduled to begin on April 8, will need to be discussed in a soon-to-be-called working committee meeting. Despite his assurances, franchises remained on the edge. The auction, franchises were informed earlier, was likely to be held in the second week of February. "The only fear is what the three-man committee decides. What if the committee says the franchises should be terminated?," a franchises chief executive said. "How long will the auction be delayed based on that verdict. We are all waiting." The official pointed out that franchises faced a big challenge if the auction date was delayed any further than mid-February. "The more flux is in the market, the more it scares our commercial partners to associate with us. Who loses? It is the franchises if everything is (pushed to) last minute." Another relevant issue for franchises was what happens to the players from Super Kings and Royals in case their teams are terminated. "Would the IPL decide to bring back all the players into the auction fold like they did when Pune Warriors and Kochi Tuskers were terminated. Or would they follow the route of Hyderabad where Sunrisers Hyderabad took over the franchise once the original owner Deccan Chargers was abandoned," an official from a separate franchise asked.

Indian Premier League Will Have Chennai Super Kings, Rajasthan Royals: Ranjib Biswal

Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Suresh Raina and Ravindra Jadeja could be wearing Chennai Super Kings colours during Indian Premier League (IPL) 2015 scheduled to begin April 8. According to IPL chairman Ranjib Biswal, the governing council is going ahead with its plans and Thursday's Supreme Court order on two erring franchises is not going to throw a spanner in the works. After hearing the IPL 2013 betting and spot-fixing case for almost 18 months, the Supreme Court on Thursday formed a high-profile three-member committee to probe allegations of corruption against Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals officials and players. Although the court has not revealed all the 13 names against whom there are allegations of corruption, Chennai owner N. Srinivasan has been barred from contesting Indian Cricket Board elections for conflict of interest. The committee, to be headed by former Chief Justice of India RM Lodha, will have six months to decide on the quantum of punishment against the erring franchises. The Supreme Court has already found Gurunath Meiyappan (Chennai team official) and Raj Kundra (Rajasthan co-owner) guilty of betting. Meiyappan is the son-in-law of Srinivasan. "The court order doesn't stop us from planning IPL 8. Chennai and Rajasthan are very much part of our plans and we will abide by what the court-appointed panel tells us. In any case, the panel's report is only expected after six months," said Biswal in an exclusive chat from Jagatsinghpur, Orissa. ( Biswal took over the IPL chairmanship last year after Rajeev Shukla quit the position in the wake of the match-fixing scandal. The 44-year-old former cricketer and president of the Orissa Cricket Association is one of Srinivasan's most trusted men and refuses to believe that IPL 8 will be played minus Chennai and Rajasthan. "IPL will be played with eight teams. We will cross the bridge if at all we are asked to scrap Chennai and Rajasthan. So far, there is no such threat," Biswal said. The IPL governing council will meet on February 3 to decide on the date for auctions. Well before the World Cup starts in Australia and New Zealand on February 14, the IPL auctions will be done and dusted. Biswal said IPL 8 will be played in India. "Despite the fact that IPL 2014 was played in the UAE, there was not a single case of corruption. The tournament is now clean and even the Supreme Court has appreciated the format," said Biswal.
