Captain of Bhangra Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 Hahaha, that takes me back. Feel like a veteran of some sort...
Captain of Bhangra Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 just tell them someone told you that the Pakis can't beat Man United in a game of cricket :hysterical: Gary Neville was reportedly really good at cricket. Good enough to have a choice between either cricket or football as a career (wisely chose the path paved with gold)...
Guest Hiten. Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 saaalooo.... shaanti se jeo na..... stick to ICF.... Do all the tamasha after series victory
Online Posted November 25, 2007 Posted November 25, 2007 C'mon. Do we really need to discuss other forums here? Don't we have enough discussions in this place? well said
Dhoni's English Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Gary Neville was reportedly really good at cricket. Good enough to have a choice between either cricket or football as a career (wisely chose the path paved with gold)... This is very much true my friend, but it was Phil Neville that played cricket to an even better standard and was once watched closely by Lancashire C.C.C.
Predator_05 Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Lancashire are sh1te. When was the last time they even won the County Championship ? 1930s ?

apocalypse Posted November 26, 2007 Posted November 26, 2007 Didn't they win 1 when they had Flintoff' date=' Merrillychuckaran and Glen Chapple in their ranks?[/quote'] They topped Division Two in 2005 thanks to Murali Kartik in few matches

praveenj Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 This is one of the posts from PCZ. Look what Inzy had to say after Kotla test... Devil Soul GhOsT RiDeR [PCZ Admin] Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: JuS BeHinD YoU.. Posts: 8,726 Inzamam praises Shoaib Malik Recently retired Pakistan captain Inzamam-ul-Haq on Saturday praised Shoaib Malik's captaincy in the ongoing test at Delhi, saying he has shown aggressiveness while leading the side. "Despite being young, Malik is controlling everything well at the moment. So far, so good.... he has done well. He has shown aggressiveness and is working well with both the batsmen and bowlers. He is doing a tremendous job both on and off the field," Inzamam said about his successor. He said Indian counterpart Anil Kumble was a seasoned campaigner and was also doing a good job. "The usual aggression is missing from both sides probably because of the strong code of conduct of the ICC." Inzamam also backed his national team, saying Pakistan has come back strongly after conceding the first innings lead. "If a side fights back from such situations, it means that Pakistanis have shown character." Look at this post for what Inzy thinks about his own team.... how was he able to cap his team for so long...
Predator_05 Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 No surprise there. As a captain, Malik is just a sh ittier version of Inzamam.
praveenj Posted November 27, 2007 Posted November 27, 2007 agreed, he also drops his shoulders down while seeing the opponent batsmen blazing around... he also doesn't lead his team to the pavilion... he is not commendable... only two things differ between these... Inzy bats really well where Malik is a bit far from that, and secondly, Malik fields well where Inzy doesn't know where his ball is...
Dhoni's English Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 Lancashire are sh1te. When was the last time they even won the County Championship ? 1930s ? Outright yes it was in the 30's but they shared it in the 50's but the only reason they don't win the county championship is PURELY because of the weather. Statistically Lancs lose more hours of play that any other county. But when Wasim was captain we dominated the one day game winning more trophies than you can care to mention. And yes apocalypse Murali Kartik was awesome for Lancs.
